American market analyst Tom Luongo said US President Donald Trump's new tariffs on India are barely enforceable. "There's potential disruption on the horizon," Luongo said. "If some people are worried about...an escalation of the Ukraine war and Trump trying to clamp down on secondary market for Russian oil, I don't think any of that's going to take effect," he added.
