A viral video purportedly showing news bulletin of US President Donald Trump claiming India lost seven jets in its military clash with Pakistan and requested US mediation for a ceasefire, is a deepfake. BOOM found the original press conference video and was able to confirm that Trump did not make the statements he is heard making in the manipulated clip.
