US President Donald Trump said he may invoke 'Insurrection Act' as riots continue to surge in Los Angeles over mass immigration arrests. The rarely used 1807 law allows for deployment of active-duty military on US soil to suppress insurrections or rebellions that obstruct federal/state law. Currently over 4,000 National Guard members and Marines have been deployed to quell protests.
