The White House has announced a new $200-million (around ₹1,750 crore) ballroom at President Donald Trump's official residence. Construction for the ballroom, which is part of Trump's makeover plans for the Executive Mansion, will begin in September 2025. The White House is currently unable to hold large-scale events for groups larger than 200 people.
