US President Donald Trump on Tuesday announced that he plans to offer a new "Gold Card" that will be sold to immigrants for $5 million. "It's gonna be a route to citizenship...They'll be wealthy and they'll be...paying a lot of taxes and employing a lot of people," Trump stated. He stated he will replace the EB-5 immigrant investor visa program.
