US President Donald Trump has threatened a potential "155% tariff" on Chinese goods from November 1st if a fair trade deal isn't finalised. Trump cited rare earths, soyabeans and fentanyl menace as top issues to address. He said China has been "very respectful" and is "paying tremendous amounts of money" via tariffs, which are an average of 55% across products.
