TSMC has filed a complaint in Taiwans Intellectual Property and Commercial Court accusing former senior vice president Lo Wen-jen of violating a non-compete agreement and potentially sharing sensitive AI chip technology with Intel. The ex-executive previously worked on mass production of TSMCs most advanced accelerators. Taiwan produces over 60% of the worlds semiconductors.
