A video showing a TTE assaulting a passenger on Lichchivi Express (14006) has gone viral. The incident occurred on September 28 between Delhi and Sitamarhi. The TTE allegedly attacked the man after finding him without a ticket, tearing his shirt. The passenger was live on Facebook during the assault, while others in the S7 coach did not intervene.
