A video has surfaced showing a Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) scolding a policeman who was travelling on an AC coach without having a ticket. "Is railway travel free for those in uniform? Do you think this is your home?" the video purportedly shows the TTE telling the policeman. He also told him to board the unreserved coach.
