D Raja, re-elected as CPI's General Secretary, asked the government to accept the proposals of Maoists/Naxals and criticised its 'Naxal-Mukt Bharat' campaign. BJP's IT-cell head Amit Malviya slammed Raja and called Naxals his "ideological fellow travellers". "Communism is a dying ideology, alien to India's ethos," he added. BJP's Pradeep Bhandari called Congress-CPI "political tukde-tukde gang".
