Tumakuru police identified the recently murdered victim as Lakshmidevamma, a mother of three from Bellavi, missing since August 4. Her identity was confirmed through distinct tattoos and facial features. She was last seen visiting her daughter in Urdigere. Police suspect she was murdered and chopped up two days before the body parts were dumped.
