Investigators probing the Delhi Red Fort blast have traced the terror plot to a Turkiye-based handler codenamed "Ukasa," who directed the Al-Falah University module led by Dr Umar Un Nabi. Linked to Pakistan-backed JeM and AGuH, Ukasa allegedly guided the group's covert network and planned multiple strikes across India, including Red Fort and Ayodhya.
