Twins have been born with plastic-like skin at a hospital in Rajasthan's Bikaner due to a rare medical condition called Harlequin-type ichthyosis, doctors said. Children afflicted with this condition have a layer of hardened skin encasing their bodies and typically survive for a few years. Doctor Vishesh Chaudhary said it's probably the first case in the country.
