Two men were arrested on suspicion of placing an incendiary device under a news channel vehicle in US' Utah. The men, Adeeb Nasir and Adil Justice Ahmed Nasir, face charges including Threat of Terrorism and Possessing Weapons of Mass Destruction. Investigators said the bomb "had been lit" but didn't go off as it reportedly "failed to function as designed".
