Cachar police arrested Nihar H. Mazarbhuiya and Radheshyam Rabidas for posing as MBBS doctors, taking the tally of quacks nabbed since August to eight. Mazarbhuiya, who ran two pharmacies, and Rabidas from Jirighat, used fake degrees to mislead patients. Both face BNS charges for cheating, forgery, and endangering lives.
