Two-wheeler sales volume is expected to grow by 5-6% in FY26 due to GST overhaul, Crisil Ratings reported. Under the new tax rates, vehicle prices may drop by 5–10%, with small passenger vehicles potentially having price reductions of around ₹60,000 and two-wheelers likely seeing reductions of up to ₹7,000. Two-wheelers up to 350 cc are subject to 18% GST rate.
