A video has surfaced online showing Uttarakhand's Director of Primary Education Ajay Naudiyal snatching phone from a woman reporter. As he snatched phone, the woman grabbed his waistcoat in protest. The confrontation reportedly happened when parents of D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) trainees visited director's office to express concern about ongoing primary teacher recruitment process.
