The Uttarakhand government has announced a 3% increase in the Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) for employees and pensioners ahead of Diwali. The revised DA will be paid along with the October 2025 salary, which will be credited in November 2025. The increase in DA and DR will be applicable to state government and local body employees.
