A pregnant woman delivered her baby on the floor of district women's hospital in Uttarakhand's Haridwar after reportedly being denied assistance by staff. In the video, she can be seen in active labour, receiving no medical care and being assisted only by relatives. Following the incident, doctor in charge was terminated, and two nurses were issued notices, according to reports.
