The University Grants Commission (UGC) has asked Odisha's KIIT for a report after a Nepalese student died by suicide on campus, a UGC official said on Tuesday. She died after alleged verbal and physical abuse by a fellow student. Nepalese students were evicted from the campus for organising protests after her death. Some of them later returned to the campus.
