The Ujaas Energy board has approved a proposal to issue bonus shares to its public equity shareholders at a 2:1 ratio of two new shares for every one existing share. This will result in the issuance of about 2,22,65,184 new equity shares. The total number of shares will increase by about 20% from 11,11,32,630. The record date is October 10.
