The UK has asked Apple to let the government access encrypted user data stored on the company's cloud servers, The Washington Post reported. The government has reportedly issued Apple a "technical capability notice" under the Investigatory Powers Act (IPA). As per the report, the government has made a "blanket" request that applied to any Apple user worldwide.
