The United Kingdom issued a travel advisory shortly after a massive blast killed at least eight people in Delhi on Monday. The UK government has warned its citizens against travelling to certain parts of India, even as the blast triggered alert in several states. The blast took place just before 7 pm near the Red Fort metro station.
