Ukraine has extradited a captured Russian soldier to Lithuania, where he will be put on trial for alleged war crimes. The war-torn country has called it a "historic" first. "For the first time since the start of full-scale aggression, Ukraine has handed over a Russian serviceman to a foreign state," Ukraine’s prosecutor general Ruslan Kravchenko said.
