Ukrainian Foreign Minister Rustem Umerov has proposed to hold the next round of peace talks with Russia between June 20 and 30. The proposal came despite Russia's refusal to implement an unconditional ceasefire after the second round of talks concluded in Istanbul on Monday. Russia has instead proposed a partial 2-3 day ceasefire and prisoners of war swap with Ukraine.
