Russia's Federal Security Service foiled a plan by Ukrainian and British intelligence spies to lure Russian pilots into stealing a MiG-31 jet armed with a Kinzhal hypersonic missile for $3 million. The hijacked jet was allegedly intended to be flown to a NATO air base in Romania's Constanta, where it could have been shot down by air defences, FSB stated.
