A fire broke out in a Ukrainian government building in Kyiv after a Russian attack on the city. A huge fire and thick smoke were seen rising from the top of the building, which is reportedly for Ukraine's cabinet of ministers. At least three people and 18 others were injured in Russia's overnight attack on Kyiv, Ukrainian officials said.
