Russian Foreign Ministry's Maria Zakharova said restoration of UN sanctions against Iran was an illegal action. Calling it "manipulation" by Britain, Germany and France, the sanctions would deepen the crisis over the country's nuclear program, they added. It prohibits activities related to ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons, bans uranium enrichment and reprocessing activity.
