A brother and his sister, along with an uncle and his niece, were found to be preparing to marry each other in exchange for money from Chief Minister Mass Marriage Scheme in UP's Moradabad. The fraudulent applications were discovered and cancelled after scrutiny, as per reports. A total of 3,451 couples from Moradabad are expected to participate in the scheme.
