India has about 8 crore creators, of which only 25 to 40 lakh are considered serious. Ankur Mehra said less than 1% of them earn sustainably. He advised new creators to avoid vanity metrics and instead build trust by applying the Three Rs framework—relevancy, recency, and relatability.
