The latest available annual Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) reports show that the estimated Unemployment Rate (UR) for India's youths in the 15-29 years age group has decreased from 17.8 per cent in 2017-18 to 10.2 per cent in 2023-24, the Parliament was informed on Thursday.
