Congress leader Rahul Gandhi criticised the Union Budget alleging that the target of the budget was only to benefit 20-25 people and give money in the hands of billionaires. "They will give you a little, they will waive a little tax. Their target is to provide India's money to 20-25 billionaires," Rahul said addressing a public meeting in Delhi.
