Union Minister Jayant Chaudhary declared ₹21,31,630 as investment in cryptocurrency (Virtual Digital Assets) as on March 31, The Indian Express reported, citing official documents, making him the first Union minister to list cryptocurrency in annual disclosures. His wife, Charu Singh, disclosed ₹22,41,951 in cryptocurrency holdings. Both of them cited "personal savings" as the source of funds.
