Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, while speaking about illegal infiltration in the state on Friday, said an "unknown CM" will hoist the flag in two decades if Assamese people remain silent. He asked people to not rent out to illegal foreigners, not sell land to them and not allow government land to be encroached.
