A UP's special court on Monday deferred hearing a 2018 defamation case against Congress' Rahul Gandhi after the bar observed non-working day due to an advocate's death. The case, filed by BJP's Vijay Mishra over Gandhi's remarks on Home Minister Amit Shah, now scheduled for July 1. Gandhi had said the case was "part of a political conspiracy" against him.
