SP chief Akhilesh Yadav accused the Uttar Pradesh government of lying about the death toll in the January 29 Maha Kumbh stampede and said the BJP can't be trusted. Citing a media report which claimed 82 people died in the stampede in contrary to the 37 announced by the government, Yadav said this report is the beginning of an inquiry.
