Mohammad Dilshad, who hails from Uttar Pradesh and was on the run for 26 years after allegedly killing a person in Saudi Arabia, has been arrested by CBI in Delhi. The CBI arrested Dilshad while he was returning from Madinah via Jeddah under new identity and passport. Dilshad worked in Riyadh as heavy motor mechanic and security guard in 1999.
