A man in UP reached collectorate with his newborn's body in a bag, alleging negligence by a private hospital. He said he paid ₹8,000 and asked to pay remaining amount later, but was told, "This isn't a bazaar". "My wife was thrown out of hospital while doctors in another hospital said infant died due to wrong medication," he added.
