A Barabanki court sentenced Anil Kumar to life imprisonment for murdering his wife Vandana in front of minor kids and roaming around in Bhuliganj village with her severed head and the murder weapon. The horrifying crime, witnessed by their two children, occurred in February 2024. Sessions Judge Pratima Srivastava also fined him ₹25,000 for the gruesome act.
