Uttar Pradesh minister Asim Arun refused to use a vehicle allotted to him in Varanasi on Monday as the car was fitted with unauthorised beacon light. He reported the matter to the police and asked them to issue a challan for it. "Despite the court's ban, many vehicles still have these blue beacons to show their influence," he told NDTV.
