Uttar Pradesh recorded a 16.04% increase in urea sales this year, selling 4.37 lakh MT more than last year. As of August 18, 37.70 lakh MT urea is available, with 31.62 lakh MT purchased. Strong supply management ensures timely availability for farmers during the Kharif 2025 season.
