A 16-year-old boy from Pilibhit in Uttar Pradesh, was booked for allegedly breaking into a 22-year-old widow's home and trying to strip and rape her. Police initially refused to file her complaint and acted only after SSP Abhishek Yadav intervened. The survivor alleged ongoing death threats from the accused's family as he remains free.
