Tourism in Uttar Pradesh surged from 21.5 crore in 2016 to 64.9 crore in 2024, raising the state's national tourism share from 13.1% to 18.9%. CM Yogi Adityanath credited festivals like Deepotsav, Rangotsav, and Dev Deepawali for boosting cultural tourism. The state also announced the "Run for Unity" to celebrate Sardar Patel's 150th birth anniversary.
