A youth named Deepak Yadav was beaten to death in a dispute over a seat in a moving train in UP's Baghpat. He was travelling to Baghpat by the Saharanpur-Delhi passenger train. Near Fakharpur station, he got into an altercation over sitting on a seat. The argument escalated, after this, 15 to 20 passengers thrashed him with kicks, punches, belts and sharp weapons.
