BJP MP Nishikant Dubey claimed that UPA government started talks with Pakistan after 26/11 attack in Mumbai under the pressure of United States. "The fire of the pyre had not been cooled down," he stated. Dubey referred to then PM Manmohan Singh's meeting with his then Pakistani counterpart Yousuf Raza Gilani in Egypt in July 2009.
