NPCI is working on a feature to allow UPI users to convert payments made via the interface into EMIs, ET reported. NPCI is set to allow fintech companies to integrate the feature, which would be similar to payments made via cards at point-of-sale terminals. NPCI already offers two credit products for UPI- RuPay credit cards and credit line on UPI.
