Prayagraj Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Abhishek Bharti on Thursday said that anti-social elements are allegedly inciting UPPSC aspirants during their protests demanding a return to the single-shift exam pattern. Students have continued their demonstrations outside the UPPSC office for the fourth day, accusing the administration of using heavy-handed tactics.
