The UPSC has launched a portal under the 'Pratibha Setu' scheme to help candidates who clear the Civil Services written exam but don’t make the final list. These candidates profiles are now shared with registered private companies for job opportunities. The portal provides short biodatas, percentiles, and tracks hiring progress, offering over 26,000 such candidates a second chance.
