Home services marketplace Urban Company has secured approval from the SEBI to launch its IPO. The company, which filed its draft red herring prospectus in April, plans to raise about ₹1,900 crore through the IPO. The issue will comprise a fresh equity raise of ₹429 crore alongside an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹1,471 crore by existing investors, Moneycontrol reported.
