Urban Company's ₹1,900-crore IPO was fully subscribed within two hours of the opening of the issue on Wednesday. The IPO was subscribed 1.94 times as of 1.55 pm, LiveMint reported. The grey market premium was 35% when the issue opened, and it is currently up 37%. The company has set the IPO price band at ₹98 to ₹103.
